At the Shaolin Kung Fu Studios, we train and practice in the same time honored tradition as the Shaolin Temple. In your course of training at the Studio, you will learn all aspects of two separate fighting arts: Shaolin Lohan Chuan, and Fa Men Chuan. Both systems trace
a rich lineage directly back to the ancient masters of the Shaolin Temple in Henan, China. Lohan Chuan is a dynamic and exciting system of kung fu, which includes training in
Animal Forms, Drunken Boxing, and Plum Flower Fist, as well as many of the traditional weapons of Chinese kung fu. Fa Men Chuan is a strong and dignified system based on the movements of the Dragon, and provides for a strong basis in self defense and fighting application. The two systems are taught simultaneously, thus bringing the benefits of both
to the student in an integrated and synergistic fashion.
